My husband and I had actually gone with another realtor to begin with and were not satisfied. Michael Shallcross and Century 21 were recommended to us. My husband called Michael. The Shallcross team was very professional, yet very personable. We feel this realtor team went above and beyond to ensure our house sold quickly. I believe our home was shown maybe 4 times. One of the showings was on Saturday and an offer was made that Monday. We are very grateful to Michael for the work and commitment in getting our house sold in a timely manner. We highly recommend them for all of your realtor needs.

I had an absolutely awesome experience working with the Century 21 offices in Middletown. Anytime I called with questions someone always answered and was eager to help me. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and available. As a buyer, I find that kind of accessibility to information and respect for my time to be a huge part of the reason I choose someone to assist me with my buying experience. They made the buying process comfortable and convenient. I will absolutely be using them again for future purchases, as well as referring them to any friends or family that find themselves in the market for a new home.

This agency, and particularly Stephen Paul, cannot be trusted. They tried to withhold parts of our security deposit, illegally, which we then sued them over in court and won. Now, they are trying to refuse complying with court orders to give us the money the state found was ours. Do not use Century 21 in Middletown- and avoid Stephen Paul specifically, as he has no integrity.
